To him, his work is a piece of Art. It’s not the kind of work that can be repeated, each car is different and special. It depends on each owner and their satisfaction. If this car were done in Japan, he would sit down with you and have a conversation to study you and your personality and what you like. Then you leave the car with him. Just leave it with him, don’t call, don’t do anything. When it’s done, Nakai-San will call and you can pick up the car. In some case you don’t even know what the color is going to be.

Lots of people think it’s just a body kit put together – anybody can do it. But when you watch him work you will know that it’s not true. Everything is about the soul of a man. You cannot copy that.

Seriously. If I during my lifetime can afford it, I want Nakai-San to build be an RWB Porsche! Most vehicles are manufactured so you can get from A to B, nothing more to it than that. You are just one of many paying clients, and when you leave with your new car both you and your car are soon forgotten. Probably not many cars are built with the same kind of passion that you can sense from the videos below.
