~9000 km, 102 days – WRC, Paris Motor Show

by Sara Norris

So if I want to make it happen I need a fun car, some tickets to the events, a personal chef, cash for the fuel, my tent, my dog, my camera and my laptop. And perhaps a purpose, other than “because I want to“. On the other hand isn’t there purpose enough in that: I want to, so why shouldn’t I. You could sit and try to figure out who would be interested in sponsoring crazy ideas but in the end, even if you would not find anyone to help you out, it is your experience and if you want it then you should try to do it anyway. Luckily my idea of the perfect road trip is not with a Lamborghini and staying in five star hotels. It is more like a dirty turbo Impreza and camping on the beach… so basically, pretty inexpensive if you want to. Achievable.

Planning is on!

Oh crap you’re right, nothing interesting there this year… why are there so few automotive events in Europe! I want to fill a calendar but it’s impossible :-) Does that actually mean there would be time for relaxing as well…

@86JR If I make it that far then absolutely! It might be a very quiet conversation though; Laptop, NSXPrime, drool cups ;)

@getpalmd Also note, its not on the rallye but might be an idea to stop off at Nurburgring on your way through Germany. Awesome track as I am sure you know, and would be a shame to miss it if your passing through!
